The Fajardo Project is a multipurpose communal living and entrepreneur center coming soon to downtown Fajardo.
It will be housed in the former Fajardo Services Center and Beauty Supply right next to the
water company.
The mission of the project is to be a progressive haven of all facets of the arts
and will host a variety of events and experiences.
Lower level : Two available office / retail spaces for rent; each with a private bathroom.
Upper level : 3 Residential Rooms with an accompanying office space, community kitchen, inside and outside lounge area
